以60.2% 原桶強度之姿，捎來原始濃郁的香氣，在口感上卻能巧妙回歸酒廠細緻純淨的特色，這是首席調酒師艾倫.溫徹斯特(Alan Winchester) 再一次獨獻台灣的得意力作，嚴選珍貴的西班牙Oloroso雪莉酒桶，經過13年以上的歲月熟成，悉心勾兌之後，不使用冷凝過濾，不加一滴水，以原桶的酒精強度裝瓶，保留最純粹的原始風味。


馥郁甜美的成熟水果香氣，伴隨著杏仁糖糕的甜蜜風味，當中還隱約有著淡淡的香料氣息。入口之後原酒強烈又直接的酒體衝擊著味蕾，不斷地湧現多種令人愉悅的糖漬果乾風味，在濃郁卻又平衡的酒體中，可以嚐到迷人的黑巧克力、橙皮和高雅的丁香、生薑、荳蔻等香料風味，層次豐富迷人，口感溫潤細緻。尾韻則是綿長、輕柔而美味的漂亮結尾，渲染出層次豐富，悠長的共鳴。
